pack your item

  • Please pack your item in a corrugated cardboard box and use packing materials (i.e. bubble wrap or some other packing material) to help protect the product during shipment. You need to send all of the accessories when sending your product to us. It is okay to to use the carry case to help protect the product. We will return the case back to you after we complete the inspection and repair and / or replacement of your item.

  • To help expedite your return, please also include a sheet of paper or note with your name, return address, phone number and / or email inside the shipping carton.

  • Apply Shipping label on your shipping box.

we will repair or replace your item and ship it back to you as soon as possible!

  • We will send you an email confirming that we received your product.

  • After receiving your product, we will test and inspect your item. Upon completing the inspection, we will evaluate your product to decide if the product can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced.

  • If you selected YES in STEP 1 confirming that your item has sentimental value, we will contact you first before replacing your product if it can not be repaired.

  • We will inform you by email as soon as your repaired product or replacement is on its way to you!

*All repair parts, labor cost and return shipping costs are free of charge! If the item can’t be repaired, we will send you a replacement item in the same or better cosmetic condition. If your item is no longer available, we will replace with an item that has similar specifications and value.

*Our Lifetime Handshake Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, theft, unauthorized modification or intentional misuses/damage.
